We also specialize in refinances. With the interest rates being at the lowest it has been in years, substituting one loan with a higher interest rate for a new loan with a lower interest rate, has become the new norm.

While we are known for our residential real estate law practice, we also focus on commercial transactions as well. RS Title handles representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders in commercial transactions. We can also act solely as the title and escrow agent or simply act as the title agent in the transaction and issue the title insurance policies.
